Going by industry practice, during probation, it is provided in the Appt letter that services can be terminated by either party without giving notice or without wages.
It has been your practice to give 30 days' notice by either party for termination. Therefore, you either give notice or notice pay if you want him to leave immediately.

Sir, I am currently working in probation period and 11 month complete in my probation period bt this month 5days on leave due to personal reasons and health issues due to compny termenate to me without any intemation and don jot entry in the company so what can do next step , and can I elegible for bonus and one month sallry or notice period plz help me urgently
