Dear sir, I am working with an Pvt ltd company and on probation period. Now suddenly my company sent me termination letter on my personal mail id not on official mail id and she threatened me to pay the pervious Salary and dues.
The charges on me
1. Poor performance
2. Fake TA DA bill making
3. Not going to market.
And all these are totally wrong as I have enough proof for this .
Please suggest me what can I do?

Remember during probation you can be terminated without assigning any reason. This clause may be there in your appointment letter or service rules. They have given reasons too.
Having said , you stand a chance to put up a fight with them and denying all charges on record. Give them 15 days for reinstatement and withdrawal of Termination.
Approach them politely , meet them and get their feel. They may be cold. But your sincerity to work hard and ask for me for 3 months to perform better to their liking.
I think this may be your initial career , don't expect too much. Go on and try for greener pastures.

Speak to HR and find out.
What is the allegation about fake TA DA bill?
What record have you got of going to market?
Any target fixed for you and non achievement is causing poor performance.
Being on probation your chances of fighting are lesser, but you need to address the issue of termination in improper manner if allegations are not backed by evidence.
Dont accept a wrong termination as fake TA DA claims will affect you later on in life also.
