Chirag,
She is entitled for complete 26 weeks maternity leave, how she take those 26 weeks depends on her, the only condition is that she cannot take more than 8 weeks leave before delivery.
she even can take all those leaves (26 Weeks) after delivery, if she desire so.
So calculate accordingly,

Is it compulsory for every organization to provide Maternity leave and kindly guide on the eligibility for any organization to have compulsorily such policy.
