We are unable to generate UAN & PF number on PF portal & getting this type of message "Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB or Gender mismatch with registered data."
What should we do for solving this issue, please help us.

please help any senor memeber to over come this pf & aadahr verfication, as we are getting delay in challan creation uploda ecr very difficult.
as any way we have an option to authenticate digital sign of KYC again why this pf portal is asking verification even all details absultley match with employee given recr0d with proof of physical doc. this is irritating to all .

physical copy data may have been altered at later by the member, so in presence of member, obtain ee aadhaar by getting otp in members mobile, the actual data will be downloaded in e-aadhar
Error while verifying the AADHAAR. Please try after some time. I am getting this message from last 4 days for a particular employee. Please suggest how to resolve this issue.
