If your Company has no Holiday on Sunday, 10 days leave should be deducted. If no leave balance, salary may be deducted.

It is important to know whether you are working in factory or establishhment. If it is factory then intervening weekly off / Sunday will not be considered as part of leave. If it is an establishment you have to refer provision under your state. In Maharashtra intervening weekly off is considered as leave.

In case you are paying salary for 26 days of work. The weekly payment does not arise.
In case, you are paying salary for 30 days, then one should work for at least 4 days prior to Sunday then you can allow payment to that Sunday(Most of the organizations will follow like this).
