Hi,
I had done my dual degree in MBA (Marketing / HR). n presently working as a sales officer in an MNC from past 2 yrs. But now m willing to move into HR Sector. How can i go for this. Do any kind of course help me to realize my dream.

In MBA itself you have covered most of the topic whatever others can suggest you, my suggetion you can go for Phd in strategic management, it will help you in long term when you will have more experiance in hand.

Hi,
you have can have good choices in the market only if you compromises your salary. Companies will appreciate / give preferences to those professionals who hold experience in respective fields. when you do not have exp in HR, and do hold exp in any other field, it automatically shows your down productivity in HR. you can show it on high graph by showing HR profile included in your current profile. Also MBA HR certificate will help you out in this case. Also do take opinion from experts.
