Hi i have worked in an organisation for two months and as i was found some personal family issues and thought to quit and spoke to manager to relive me early as much as possible but as per company norms i have to serve two months notice period as i worked only for two months, mean while i spoke to HR on this they said he ur manager approves i will do it and also i said i can only serve one month and i did it as well. Now i just got an offer from another company who ready to take me and they asking me to do the NSR registration ( as i have not showed this three months experience in new company( including one month notice period)) and i have not updated my current company experience in NSR where i have worked for only three months. So what are the future problems which i gone have if i quit this job by sending email to HR as i have to go home and need to get back to them.
Kindly help me what best i can do now?

Hi, I recently joined in a international finance company in a metro city but later after joining the company i found that the expenses of accomodation in the city been very high and is not affordable to my salary. So i decided to quit the job but i hesitated a little to face my HR on conveying about my decision,, as it was only 5 days from my joining.. So i came back from the city without telling anyone... after 2 weeks i received a letter from my company stating that i was terminated from my job.. and exactly a month later they asked me to pay a sum of 18,000 as notice fine!!! Now i serious don't know what to do i am not affordable to pay such large amount,, and i also have the fear whether will they file a suit against me or Blacklist me... Pls guide me

I think to blacklist any employee is a purely concern in between the said company and the employee. I think it should not be extended to other companies even in the same sector etc unless/until the offense on the person is a legal issue. Other issues like left the job without intimation, refuse to serve the notice period etc are normal charges which are usually done by anyone who gets good opportunity can do.

From my previous employer i have got all documents ( Relieving letter, F & F settlement ). Now after i left a month later i am getting a call from my HR in wats app & message stating that i have downloaded some content from Company site , in order to clear the formalities i need to go to my previous office it seems.
I have just joined a new company & i can't spend so much money to attend this interview .
They are threatening that they will blacklist me ( as per US law ) and i can not get any employment in future.
I asked to conduct the interview as Video conference, but they are not accepting that.
Can anybody guide me , how to deal this issue ?
How they can call an exited employee through social messenger. How this to be dealt professionally ?

It would be wise, if you ask the HR to end you the proof in support of their claim, so that you may be able to verify the facts before you try to explain anything being in dark.
Secondly, please make sure that you got deactivated your official IT account from the records of the company and handed over the laptop to the company duly verified by the taker of the charge from you. If not, anyone downloading any content of the company may cause some problem for you to be tackled tactfully with the help of some software expert, who may help you to identify if there is any mischief on the part of some other colleague or the company, itself..

i was shortlisted in a big MNC at a senior position but than i got to know that the verification was negative and the HR told me that this was because as per them one of the companies in which i worked in 3 years back (for 6 months) is a scam company. the company is not a scam and has got reputable memberships. how do i deal with this situation. the company is not a scam. and moreover , is it possible to reject a candidate due to this reason ? or is the HR not giving the true story ?
