I am working in a startup software company in Bangalore. The total employees in our company are 5 members. I am working in this company since from may-2017 to till date (March-2018). When I joined this company my salary was 3,00,000 pa (take home). But, after 5 months , based on my performance I got an 50% increment on my salary. So my take home salary fixed to 4,50,000 pa (take home) effective from October-2017 to till date (March-2018).
We don't know whether he is paying our Professional Tax (Rs.200) and TDS for us. But he is crediting all our salary to our personal bank account directly from company account.
My problem is the employer of my company is providing us wrong payslips. Please refer to the attachments of my payslips.
So, any one please suggest me, is there any impact on me (employee) if PT and TDS is not paid by employer. And kindly suggest me solution if any problem with this issue.
