Dear Guys,
I have started working with an IT company, i also faced the same harassment condition. My manager is a married lady and her behavior is not well with all employees. Being at managerial position, one should be polite to your subordinates but she doesn't have the qualities of a leader nor a manager. Still, the managing director is in her favor. Which ultimately comes with a decision to resign from my position and hire a lady HR for these people, There should be laws in India in favor of men also. What is the meaning of Statutory Compliance? Some IT companies doesn't have any laws for women whereas in some companies, men are facing the harassment from there bosses and managers. This is an unethical way and unprofessional way. In my experience, these days, men's are more honest and loyal to an organization. And, thus, there should be some law to be generated for men in an organization, where they have some privacy to work as an Honest worker.

Ya ok my friend...
ur problem is positively taken...
laws are framed as per generally happenings...and crime data available...and offensive misdeeds done on women by men.....
so men should aware of laws that favouring women only because of bad deeds done by men only...if women done harrassments against men that came into focus either in home or at workplace....future is for men...
As far as my knoweldge concern existing laws are enough to punish women also if they did harass men...
today gruha himsa act applicable not only women but also men to protection of law..Even psychological harrassment by women to men at home..Men can take protection under the law of home harrassment Gruhahimsa ...act...
so under this law women and men are equally protected...
All the best...work place harrassment by women on men is equally punishable....u can lodge a police complaint...against so called women bosses or colleagues...
