Dear Friend ,
Fraud is to be established by the court of Law. The company with out proper grounds cannot term the actions as fraud, especially the errors committed during the course of discharging your duties, however big or grave it is .
Only thing is you should have accepted the company's termination under fraud.
Like our friend said unless it is filed with a Police stn and the police had file FIR - it is not legal.
Now it is a lesson ; better be very careful in future about your reputation.
