Thanks for your response. My attempt was to highlight the need for an HR or HR deptt, which has been nicely brought about in your post. The task of an HR is to take care of these aspects and contingencies, including Training & Development, Office conflicts as well as proper employee exits etc.

Hello,
Thank you all for an interesting case study discussion. It is quite true that no one refuse to attend training even if it is attended earlier.You can always have some revision.
Apparently,as pointed out AOM also needs rigorous training in interpersonal skills and communication.I am sure had he approached seniors in the company they would have never advised this course.
In my opinion the employees needs counselling and AOM needs training in soft skills.
And the company needs an HR dept.
