Neeraj, I fully agree with you that foreigners are more professional not only in work but in recognizing merits and in equitable compensation.They do not declare an employee as the best performer on a day and terminate him next week not for any misconduct.When an employee resigns they wont send emails to other companies informing them not to hire them before anybody checking their backgrounds.They do not pledge the certificate of employees or violates contract conditions.unilaterally at the time of separation.Task accountability is 100% OK .

I see that we are benchpressing about the common practice and law.
The law as I understand is indeed 48 hours/week.
Now if the practice is otherwise then I have to clearly say that the law is not followed.
