Please consult your IT Team and try to get the print out and file it neatly in a folder and name the folder "ATTENDANCE REGISTER". If you can take the printout on weekly basis okay or at least take the printout on monthly basis and file it neatly. No need to maintain any other register.

we have register at reception.. i dont think staff will mind to update this once in a week.. already mailed them regarding the same

You can use online system. However, you must take prior permission from Labour Office for the same. Otherwise, you are required to maintain manual register. Regards Prashant

On the above topic i have to add that since the digitization has been implemented by the Mody Central Government, one can get a written permission from the factory inspector in writing and just have a bio metric attendance machine and there is no need for a manual register to maintain daily or weekly or monthly attendance.
