This is the matter of your company leave policy and the term and conditions of appointment letter that is provided by the organization the that individual.
and some questions is are?
Is he informed the panel members regarding his marriage?
At the time of marriage he informed to HR Department along with his boss or not?
If he done both activities and it is mentioned in his appointment letter that he will avail CL and SL in probation period then he can?
And why not preparing Special Leave for Employee Marriage policy, you can also mentioned, Employee, while in service gets married, is entitled for availing 6 Days special leave. (at the time of availing such type of leave will have to submit marriage card to the management.
