Most of the organisations are thinking themselves as cleverer than EPF ACT.They are framing stupid proceedures
As soon as joinning date itself epf is eligible
2nd one with out epf coverage they can not deduct in the name of epf. If so, You can make complaint with near by pf commissioner

Dear Seniors,

There are around 65 employees in my company. I have the proof that they are deducting the PF because I am the person who calculate the salary..They don't provide us with the salary slip also.I talked to him regarding the salary slip also but they are not taking it seriously.

As above metter discussed, first know about 20 employee condition. Second, the breck up of 10000/- (yr salary). The main component is Basic salary, if the basic salary is rs. 6500/- or more than So pf is not being deducted. If it is less than 6500/- the PF must be deducted as per PF act.
Thanks,
Virender

Dear Mr. Sinha,
I completely agree with Mr. Viren and Mr. Babu P. Employees having basic salary of 6500 or more have the option of whether to opt in opt out of PF but if the organization is deducting the PF then one can claim that only after he has left the company. As rightly said the company will withhold the letter for 60 days.If the company is deducting the PF it has to provide details to the employee in case the company is not doing so something has to be very fishy.....
Thanks.
