Payel Chaudhury
Hello everyone.
Currently my company is processing salary from 1-30/31 basis. But now wanted to start the attendance cycle from 26th to 25th for salary processing. My question is -
1. Suppose, salary for July has been paid on the attendance from 1st to 31st July.
2. Now, if for August salary calculation attendance is considered from 26th of July to 25th of August, then salary is given twice for the period of 26th - 31st July.
3. We can not start this process by considering the attendance from 1st to 25th for the first month or can not be deducted later as then employees will get 25 days salary only.
Please help me on this issue. Thanks in advance.

There is two things has to follow such Attendance period and Salary period. Attendance period is contains flexibility based on the convenient. Salary period is fixed as per calendar month. If you run the attendance for Aug'19 period from 26th July to 25th Aug, required to pay salary from 1st Aug to 31st Aug. Is there any absence during from 26th Aug to 31st will be adjusted in next month / if employee is left, to be adjusted in Full and Final Settlement.

Simple...,
Already salary calculated for May month (i.e., 31 days)
Now for june, will take 30 days... balance 5days (27th jun - 30th jun) will be adjusted in july month.
for ex.,
in case of absent in between those days, Lop will be reckoned as per jun month days (i.e, 30 days).
Lop for 28th june means - salary Rs.10000 / 30 *1 = ans? which will be reflected in july month.
