We have 6 Days working - Saturday being a Half Day . At the time of Attendance Calculation if an employee is on Leave on Saturday - should it be considered as Half Day leave or Full day leave . Since, Sat is Half Day working.
Can you please help me regarding this.

Do you have any predefined policy. If not discuss with the management and proceed accordingly.
Many of the companies treat that if any employee takes leave on Saturday then the same will be treated as Full Day leave. But in few organisations as part of employee benefit they will treat it as Half day leave only.
