Dear Sir,
I was working as territory manager with a delhi based company on monthly take take home salary @ 27500 since 05 April 2014. On 3rd April 2015 i got a massage on Whatsapp from my immediate boss that " Management has decided to not continue your services from April 01. 2015". I replied him to send me mail from HR dept. Till date i haven't received any communication on this matter.
Also i have been not paid salary yet for the month of Jan. 2015, March 2015 & Ta Da claims for Dec. 2014, Jan 2014 & March 2014

1. Salary for Jan. month = 27500
2. Salary for Feb. month = 27500
3. TA DA claims Dec. = 14000
4. TA DA claims Jan.. = 11000
5. TA DA claims Feb. = 16000

TOTAL = 96000.00

6. Also i am entitled for variable salary of 36960.00

7. As per appointment letter . if i want to leave company, i need to give 45 days notice or salary in lie of notice period and if company terminates me they will give 30 days notice or salary in lie of notice period.

Please suggest me , how should i proceed further so that I can claim all pending dues form the management.

Also this company has not done any full n final settlement of any employee who has left earlier.

Regards

Amit Sood

Which sector do you work?
The dispute can be taken up through labour officer,if the company is unwilling to discuss and settle these matters immediately.
Taking work without pay,violating their own terms and conditions make out for a strong case against the company if it reaches that stage.
