Dear Dhanyavan,
Your management is not taking timely decision on giving off to the employees in case of natural calamity like heavy rains etc. However, your post still lacks clarity. Please confirm what exact advice you want from us.
You have been working in the company for the last 12 years. Therefore, with the passage of time, you were expected to tune to the culture of the company. But then why are you grumbling?
What is your designation? In what department do you work? In spite of working for 12 years, why you have not established your credibility or clout in the office?
There are so many questions associated with your post. Please clarify further.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
