Hi in my opinion you start any type of week end game start your new one create a in office day's organize and planning for a tour or any type of target achieve so lunch or dinner what ever your choice.

Since it is a small group your team sit together and discuss " How to satisfy the customer on our Services provided" or on the subject "Customer satisfaction" brain storm on these issues one by one and try to solve one by one - fix a time frame. This will help the organisation also and individually employees also will have some specific responsibilities.

Like we used to have early morning session for half an hour where we used to do brainstorming on any topic. We elected Forum Leader for a week who used to assign the topics & games like hangman, etc.

You may celeberate birthdays of employees at the end of the month, a get togather to felicitate best performing employee (he should be adjudged to be so by all HODs), may organise games, quizz (in relation to the activities of the company), picnic , foundation day of the company etc at proper intervals. You may involve families of the employees also in events like picnic, quizz, drawing/painting competetion. You may also introduce a scheme to reward such of the brilliant employees wards of employees who show exceptional performance in their Board examinations etc.
Please examine the feasibility at your end start introducing above and similar schemes one by one. I am sure this will certainly integrate employees with the company.

you can take some team building games at the end of every month like: celebration of birthdays,one minute game,scevenger hunt,tresure hunt,you can also keep theme for day with particular dress code like black and white day,green day ,etc
