Can an employer go for lock out due to low production,poor financial conditions, high loss for years ?
If yes, what are the procedures ? Consequences ? Where can I find this info ?

Dear All,
Can you kindly let me know whether we have to calculate for yearly to EL wages we have deduct lock out days or we have to pay them EL wages full.
For Example can you let me know we had given lock out for 10 days and deducted in their EL wages is this correct.
