Hiii to all,
help me on this,
i want a formula in attendance sheet where i get halfday calculation in today present days.
for ex-4 woff , 25 present.0 absent and 1 halfday so in my excel showing - total days present -30
but i need to get total days present -29.5

Dear all i need a help i want to create a attendance sheet where i want to put in time as 8:35 or anything els but output show in Alphabets like 8:30 = P 8:40 = LC

date 1 July 2022 Absent
date 2 July 2022 Weekly off
date 3 July 2022 Absent

than date 2 weekly off will be marked as absent. Off in between two leaves are considered as leave only. that means the employee will have to apply 3 Leave starting from 1 July 2022 to 3 July 2022.

How do i track such events from 1 July to 31 July. Eg. P = Present, W = weekly off & L = Leave from 1 July to 10 July in excel.
