Your Father might have a copy of Form-23 (EPF A/c. Slip) for this period for which he was a member of EPF & Misc. Act scheme. As per the EPF A/c. officer if the same money has been claimed then note down the cheque no through which they have settle the claim in whom's bank account or post account. Provide the copy of your father's all bank account during that claim withdrawal period and ask directly to the asst. epf commissioner that if my father has not settle this claim then in whose account the same has been settled?

You please visit PF department (meet clearing section officer/someone from clearing department) . Get complete details of the account to have better clarity first.
