Dear all,
I was joined in a company with the ctc of 150004 but now i got an increment. so my ctc will be more than my previous ctc (i.e 150004). For last 18 months esi was detected from salary and now my doubt is i can avail the benefits of esi at present ctc or it is not applicable for me. If it is not applicable for me means what about the money detected from my salary. Is there any way to get it back because up to now i didn't used my esi benefits.
Regards,
Sridhar

If you are ESI covered employee you should get treatment at ESI hospital for getting the benefits like leave. In case the facility is less you can get referred to private hospital also. But you cannot go direct to private hospital and claim maternity benefit from ESI.
