Dear Anjana,
What you are doing in present company is HR job...but the BPO job description mentioned is all Administrative...so you feel the difference from what you are doing and what will you do if you join this BPO.
As suggested by many, you can look for another job and till then stay in the present company as you have just 11 months experience..gain some more experience and then look for a new job.a better one of course.
BPO support functions jobs are not different from other companies, but handling cabs, making roster is generally not prescribed for Female staff for many reasons...

Dear all,
I really do not know about you all,but i have seen in most of the BPO's,Cab Handling,employees company accomodation,Company Accomodation Electricity Bills,etc etc is taken care by the Human Resources Department.................! Companies now a Days do not really like to invest in the Administration Department and also do not come up wid vacancies.........! The member who has asked this question is absolutely right on his part,Him being an HR Executive according to the companies policies is expected to do admin work too,which many companies are now following.............! whats needs to be done is the employee should have been briefed about his job description before handing him over his appointment letter........!
