muster roll, salary register, late attendance registers are some of the basic registers to be maintained.

we received our monthly payment INR - 24667.00 per month
but my company had not paid/contribute PF.
one of my other employee are also worked be with & his salary 80,000 above taken by employer, and employer also paid/contribution PF.. i can't understand that condition..??
could u explain why is this for..?
