Dear Mr Mohan
I am sorry I could not get back earlier. Well this is a very interesting topic that you have initiated to discuss (Psychology + HR).
Understanding the stress and the pressure of work, mixed demographic features, rising expectations of the employer and 'ees and other contributing factors there is a new course introduced- Corporate Psychology to help manage the corporate citizens better. If you can get some details on the course you can get an insight into the various subjects included and their scope of application in the industry.
Well to continue on the discussion, as mentioned earlier it would be more appropriate to discuss on a specific topic rather than the whole subject
Looking forward to your inputs.

Dear Vijaya Lakshmi!
Greetings fr the day!
Thanks for participating in the discussion and making us glorified with the posts.
Here the thing is first make us generalised, because most of the people don't know the specific aspects. When we make it generalised, we can make an enthusiastic discussion with more number people to paricipate nad make this discussion brighter and later people like you can be made it as a specific discussion and based on that we can have some more knowedge inputs can be incorporated into this discussion.
Basing on this idea I made it unrestricted. Hope you got this and let us make this very clear.
My intention in asking this is most of the colleges or institutes are not giving the scope of making people to learn Human Psychology in addition to Human Resource management..
Inorder to make a discussion like this can enhance the skills of the readers atleast is my primary objective.
