I presume you are meaning employee submitted resignation but not willing to serve notice period ?
Resignation is choice of employee. If the employee is not willing to serve proper notice period he will not get proper relieving and will undergo disciplinary process.

I jus want to confirm that in our company one employee taking long leave and without information then final day he came and reason he said he had some health issues I asked the medical certificates he also wants to resign his job he cant do the notice period but he need his last month salary still he did nit submit any medical certificate and also he is not submit any resignation letter oral information only gave what is the further procedure need to follow please guide me

Explain the employee that if he want to get relieved properly and full and final settlement then he need to serve proper notice and notice period cannot be waived in the absence of proper medical proof. Hope you have already issued warning letter for long leaves without information. If need be, if he continue to proceed on leave without information you may proceed with disciplinary action as deem fit in law.
