Dear Mr Prafulla Khedkar,
Thank you very much for showing such a thought provoking PPP. It is really good. The Point which possibly ignored deliberately that the train makes so much noice and its siren can be blown very high pitch that it will be impossible for all the children playing on the railway track would not be able to notice it coming unless everybody is dumb and deaf. Infact children will fly like kites to the side and save themselves. Hence diverting train on unsafe track is not in any way a decision.
