KRA as already said by other is Key Result Area, the key measurable performances thru which an employee or even a company's performance can be measured.
For instance: KRA of an engineer who is in production, can be;
1. no of units produced per day
2. no rejections etc.
Being an HR person your KRA can be
1. % attrition per month (regrettable attrtiion)
2. No of trainings delevered (related to HR).
3. No employees recruited ( if applicable)
4. New intiatives in HR perspective . The benchmarks can be set depending ont the type of your industry.
