Hi all,
Even iam facing the same problem,when we met them(the org) in person they assured of payment in 6 months,but till now they have not turned up and its already 1 year.
If I aproach individually will the org respond or all the employees should approach together?

You have to ask your PF Department to issue the PF Statement received from EPFO at least for any one year. Every year during May or June month the PF Statement printout will be handed over by the EPFO.

At the provided link, you can only check your claim status, It shows that "Is PF Office in receipt of your application for withdrawal and what is the status of the same.
For knowing your PF contribution amount, please file an application along with your employment record documents & PF contribution document (Salary Slip, 3-A) to concern PF office for issuing your PF contribution statement.

Dear SN Sir & respective Seniors,
I have filed a complaint through advocate for my full & final settlement. But the company is going to serve me a notice mentioning my dues equal to my full & final amount. Even the amount in my No Dues certificate was Rs. 14303/- only and the no dues certificate was signed by respective site HR Head, & Project Head also.
They are going to mention the recovery against the mess/ fooding recovery of employees, who have left the organisation without information and recovery could not be made. The company is making me solely responsible for non recovery of such amount as i had been preparing the payroll. The mess was conducting by employees and the amount was given also to employees, there was no involvement of mine in mess running.
Please let me know can the company revise my dues, even after they have issued me my no dues certificate.
Can i file another case against "MAANHANI" to company.

Dear All
I had employed with Atlantic hotel private limited chennai (S.Chand Group). I resigned with proper formalities, But the company not paid my last working month salary. Apart from that my due LTA ,medical amount also not paid. And they shown the income in my form 16 and for that i paid tax. I have my appointment letter and also have my clearance certificate where my date and preiod of service clearly mentioned. But the comany not issuing salary slip to us salary comes direct to the bank to indiviual cheque, but in form 26A it is clearly mentioned the income tax was deduct on section 192 which is salary head. Can there is any posiblle to get the amount. I have prove that they not pay me the salary , LTA, Medical and they shown in Form 16 and deduct my tax. Please let me know how to recovery the amount it will be great help.

Holding the F&F, PF by employer is ridiculous, unethical, harassing, & illegal practice following by many of the companies...
& almost everybody faced this kind of event in their professional life..
In this situation, first try to approach your employer by email or any written communication, which become as evidence in future that, you had approached on the same matter.
Failure of any revert or positive result by employer, many people feel that, they should go to Labour Court or Labour Dept. but, many people doesn't know that, definition of worker in most of the labour law is not consider supervisory or administrative job profile, therefore, case get refused by Labour Dept.
You may send the normal legal notice by any practicing advocate (Practicing in Labour Laws), or you may file a case against them, under Civil Court.
