I am nither an HR expert nor a "God". Hence, I took a look at their website; there is not much information about who issues their degrees MBA and PhD, which only recognised universities are supposed to award.
In general, certificates, diplomas, and degrees obtained by distance learning are considered as inferior to those obtained by attending an institution. Full-time attendance ranks higher than part-time attendance.
If I were you, I would choose an instituion recognised by AICTE>

Dear Rakesh Sinha,
The only difference is grammar. Workman is Singular and Workers is Plural. Barring this there is no difference.
Please note the terms workman, workmen, workers, techicnicians, operators etc., denote the same category. In various acts the reference made for workmen is employee.
Trust matter is clarified

Words like employee and workers are gender neutral; in these days of being "politically correct", "workman" or "workmen" are not preferred as they sound mascular. Have a nice day. Simhan

Hey dear you must have pre-training performance report of your employee, you can simply check with post training performance. you will come to know where they they have shown any productivity or not, else ask them how they use knowledge they learned in training program how they use back in their job
