HI all,
I am LL.B., M.B.A.(HR)
Law is a professional course and cannot be supplementary to HR. You may do a diploma in Labour Laws if you want to enter manufacturing sector, else there are many training, recruitment, etc. related diplomas available. You may choose one of them.

After MBA the best thing you should do is to gain the practical knowledge. Do not get stuck up with the degrees and certifications. Educational qualifications are required to gain conceptual knowledge now it;s a time to sharpen your skill and utilize what you have learn.
