The response on this issue it seems has become lively and touched some raw nerves.But what caught my attention was the Phrase used by one of our friends i quote" SAB CHALTA HAI" exactly friends this has been the bane of our country's progressive and liberated youth.i don't want this forum to become a debating ground over issues such as this. but what surprises me is the sensitivity being shown towards issues related to personal liberty, free speech, maturity so on and so forth. what calls for introspection is whether the aping of something to satisfy the perceived audience( while non exists) or following a path which was treaded before by numerous generations and quiet successfully.we have a responsibility to our expectant past and a demanding future, So, better it would be if we are successfull in satisfying on both the fronts,rather than persuing others which has no connection to our daily routine but brings only anarchy.
Some were talking of maturity. well ,it surprises me how a mature mind filing a divorce simply because he/she can't deal her spouse than, how can this matured mind manage and survive hundreds of interactions at work place.
while onother point is regards to the company providing dating allowance to a married man how naive on part of them why not an allowance to keep a concubine looks innosuous well let it be against law so what "SAB CHALTA HAI YAAR"

Sujatha I am going to join the flow on a similar lines as that of Tripti (ex/wife of an employee) below I am going to describe 6 easy fool proof steps to make money at the stake of all ethics of our respected culture, which are as viz.
1. Go and get a Gender change operation done and become a Lady.
2. Fish/trap a Guy or Entice a Corporate
3. Marry this Guy or join this Multi Million Corporate.
4. Build Evidences and Spin Yarns
5. Cortesy the Govt of the Republic of India the world Largest Democracy's illogical vested interest that has Biased Undemocratic Laws - Use the Laws and sue the Husband or this Multi Million company.
6. Extort money from this foolish Husband who got married or this Cash Rich Corporate.
Simple ain't it? I plan to alternate between such marriages and emplyoments. All these totally LEGAL and with the fullest support of the Govt. especially the current Hon. Minister of Women and Child Welfare, what else could I dream off?? Am totally geared up to Extort, Blackmail, etc. under the security of the Police who are under the orders to protect me since I would be a Lady then.

Unless proven, I strongly refute the confidence with which an innocent is like Gaurav whose case is subjudice is charged with allegations of dating without proof in the statement of the discussion.

dating allowance, many MNC's are using this concept this is an welfare measure as fringe benefits so i dont think that for this purpose company should be blamed.
It lastly depend upon the person who takes other one instead of his wife. It affects his character.
What you say that we should start a procedure that when company gives dating allowance it should take a signature on stamp paper and should take a pledge that he should take only his wife for date

now that law is over-interfearing beyond closed doors. what if there is a fear of marital rape under the new Domestic Violence Act? would there be an MoU between husband and wife before physical relations. that it was not a date rape but a consensual sex.

Dear please understand , any allowance is not made in keeping view for a Men or women, it is for Staff well fare only, let it be DA or Mobile bill.
Tomorrow some one can say , as company give the mobile expenses , so he/she talk at night 11.00P.M. , it ruin my marriage.. is nothing but silly.
What we forget in this is anot a case of problem "Dating allowance" or "Non dating allowance".
The problem is 498a , a family killer , as she had allready send her husabnd's mother behind the bar ( In UP AB not there) , now tell me if any one send your mother behind the bar without any fault , how you will save the marriage?
But our mind set and sex hungry always think that women are Sati Sabtri , abala nari.
Please understand Women are not only Victim only , they are vilen also and this is 21st century , we are not living in 16th century.
The question is are we ready to accept the reality of 21st century?
One hand , we say we do not neet Varign Wife , we need life partner as a friend, as a equall partner in our family , but still we get stuck between Harmony vs Disharmony.
