Each and every individual has his/her freedom and independance to act as per their discretion. If they are liking each other's company and not worried about work, let the result only speak during the time of yearly review/evaluation when their respective bosses will see everything in black and white. And people who are observing them for long time and getting irritated, are actually wasting their own time. These are very very normal things in the work place.

Chilling in the office makes yourproductivity better, u can't report anyone untill they get physical in the office premises, And you have some firm proof, if u dn't then man u r busted for pointing on a clean & honest relationship. So be carefull your productivity is more important to ur career, these petty issues can ruin everything.
Peace

hai shashanknaras, In my opinion you people can post a secret letter to the head office against these people and can also depict the graph of day by day increasing ignorance towards therir work.

Pls evaluate their relationship before you come to a conclusion, (i.e. are they flirting really ?) and If you and majority of other employees feedback is same, first try to communicate your perception to them through their close friends in a very informal way. If there is no change even after that, You can, as a HR person speak to them directly and make them understand the cons. that has effect on their reputations in a professional way. (more formal this time). If no changes again, communicate the same to their respective families again through known sources to their family. (things will work out here).
And even still it is prolonging, last but not least take action (if you have written code of conduct) officially.
(there is no senior or lower in disciplinary procedures)

It should worry anybody if work is affected. You never know they may be a good team themselves and producing exceptional results. At the end the factors that motivate matters the most.

u know friends the problem is with us , we always expect others to change , why people are so much interested in their flirting . Concentrate on your own work and your performance , these things will d evaluate their performance not yours. and the most important thing ,
we people do not want to be a complainer ,
add the names of all the staff members in a mail and forward to your senior with the reason of complain mentioned ."that our staff doesn't want such kind of unethical thing at the work place".
action taken by a group always results with a result.

Hi,
I have seen this happening in my office also, and the best about it was that both were from HR.The moment you would get involved your life will become difficult as you yourself mentioned that he is a Senior guy. Leave them to it and do concentrate on your own work. These things are common happenings these days. If you talk to either one of them you would be the target of your senior.
All the best!!!

If the so called Secretary...
If U access to her CV, find out if she is married. Also find out her residential address & tel No. of her husband/father/mother and inform him/her (thro. somebody else) that about the things happening in the office/official times and the office atmosphere is getting very :-xhot and disturbing. Then, watch and see.... U can do only this much.
Nowadays, certain females adopt this kind of easy and economical marriages...:)
