First of all decide which arena of HR are you planning to focus?Accordingly you can choose.For instance,if you are interested in a HR Generalist role may be you can do something related to Labour law/Company Law etc.Hence it depends.:idea:

You have two options, more studies or work experience. You may find it interesting to note that many people who have succeeded in HR field are not exactly theoretical masters in HR. They all "grew" up as HR people along with the organisations.
My suggestion is get yourself 2-3 years of experience, then go in for a programme. By then you will be in a better position to decide.
Alternately, you can go in for profiling yourself - understand what you are and then decide to take the track - more studies >academics>teaching & training profession OR HR function in an organisation.

3. pl study industrial laws in depth and if u can do a law hons course 3 years.
4. pl study industrial psychology.
