Our TN Factorys Ruls 1950, Our DCIF Visited Our Factory following Complaint Letter has been given in that letter .
section 38 (1)(3) rule 61(15): What this section what he say that.(Because in Tamil Font there is no visible and also section 38 (1)(3) rule 61(11)(e)

Hello friends,
Can anyone tell me which safety course in approved in Tamilnadu government, As per the factories act 1948 section 40 B, the person must have the diploma from state board of technical education.
I have advanced diploma in industrial safety from Maharashtra state board of technical education, is it Approved in all the sate of only in Maharashtra state.
Please post your answer as soon as possible. Thanks !
