Hi,
The major difference in S&E rules between BSE and TSE is registration under the act.Under Bombay Shops act registration is mandatory where as Tamilnadu Shops Act it is not mandatory.Aprat from this there some differences in maintaining of registers.Under BSE you can maintain a common register Form-2 instead of maintaining seperate registers like Muster,Wage,Advance,Deductions,Fine Registers and leave book..etc.

Hi Keshav, Thankyou for your response. So if an organisation maintains its Tamil Nadu based estb as per the norms of the Bombay S&E act, would there be compliance issues in the TN estb?
