Our company had calculated HRA 40% and paid the PF accordingly. Now the PF office asking to reschedule the payment structure to HRA20%, and for remaining 20% pay PF. To avoid this could you please suggest any allowance to skip PF?

Please let me know what is special allowance and why it is deducted and on which basis it is deducted. Also please let me know a brief on special allowance deductions. Will be more helpful. Thank you !!
