I am doing a VERY basic spreadsheet to show if employees are late, on time or early based on a date. (Not by the minute or hour) I know it sounds strange, but that's what I need. I have a column for the date that the employee should show up and then a column for the date that the employee actuall showed up and then a status column. How do I get the status column to fill in "Late", "On-Time" or "Early" based on the dates? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Doing it manually is a pain!
