This indeed is a good tool to calculate stress level... I suggest if organisations can use this for their employees once in a quarter or so.. such that we can take remedial actions towards employees facing burnout...
Thanks...
Have a good day..

A helpful stress calculator. In fact , we use a similar but detailed stress checklist in our stress management workshops. For more information on corporate wellness and stress management workshops visit us at http://www.metronirvana.com

it is a bit confusing....
In its interpretation for 2 to 3 score... the author/creator suggests that, the person should re-evaluates the answer to the question.
My query is simple:
Why can't the author/creator just accept that the person is dealing with the stress properly and is in the happy state... which is the best of any employee working in our organisation.
