1. I would like to know about Competency Mapping, the process and how to implement it.
2. Is Target oriented incentive included in wage for calculation of ESI? an employee is registered with ESI his gross salary being less than Rs 10000/-. However if his earned gross salary becomes more than Rs 10000/- due to addition of productivity linked incentive please suggest if he will still be considered under ESI; it may happen next month becomes less than Rs 10000/-. In that case also please suggest what to do.
