Iam working as HR executive for asoftware MNC, as the company is new ,recently we statred formatting everything and HR department was started 4 months back, as HR executive i want to design necessary policies for the organisation and policies abt employess welfare, benefits, employee hand book etc
Please guide me with necessary requirements for framing the policy, employee hand book and necessary works to be maintained everymonth by the HR person.
