EDLI scheme for Exempted establishment - process if we need to revive the EDLI scheme again

For EDLI exempted establishment if there is a break in EDLI Payment for 4 years (5 death cases in this period) and if we need to revive the EDLI scheme again through PF office or LIC, what is the procedure.

Your question is not clear.
EDLI exemption was available to you but was discontinued some 4 years back?
Since then you are not remitting EDLI?
No EPFO authorities questioned your act of non payment of contributions?
What is the issue?
