I am doing a research study on “ STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIGITAL MODE OF RECRUITMENT FOR THE RECRUITING ORGANIZATIONS TO SATISFY CORPORATE EXPECTATION AND NEED.
Its basically a comparative study on “ Online Interview and Offline (face to face) Interview.
