Hi Mehvish,
It's a good idea to have discussion on current HR issues. But we need to see for how many of us is possible to log in at the fixed schedule. I think we need to take the majority poll before fixing any schedule so that maximum members can participate in it.

hey Friends .......
what i was suggesting is that we whould have a live chat section on cite hr which would have live discussions on any topic related 2 HR and it shud be a 24 hr live chat in the sence its not a necessity that we all need 2 be present there at all times or 4rm 9-5 .... or any specific time for that matter infact who evr logs in can start a discussion or involve themslves in a discussion whch would already be in progrss ........ what do u say ???????????????????????
i dunno why but the response rate is kinda low abt 36 views and jst 4 replies ......... ???????????

Well i guess i need help from Cite HR support team who could probably create a new space on the protal for live chat /discussions on recent topics and i also hope we can make a good enuf provision that many loggers can sign in and start with the chat usage without any probs ....
