Hi, It is not bleach of bond but breach of bond.

You can send him a warning letter to employee stating that he is not reporting to office without any proper justification to his Superior. Further elaborate that by not reporting to office without any information he had violated the terms and conditions of Bond dated_____. Mention some time frame and advise him to report back to work on or before___.

Looks that employee is gone once for all. However to close the file you need to follow the process. Not sure whether you had collected any security cheques. In the absence of security cheques having bond alone in hand you cannot do any miracle. You can proceed with Advocate notice , civil proceedings but those all will be time consuming involves cost. If the employee shift from that address then letters will bounce back.
