Hi,
You shouldn't have joined other company while not relieved properly by your previous company. Now that they had terminated your services you are free to join any company. However you will not be able to provide experience certificate. Also incase of any background verification by your new employer, old company will give negative feedback only. As old employer blocklisted you they will not consider you for rehire.
This situation is not end of your career.. You can try and join any company who don't insists for experience /relieving order.
Gain experience out of the mistake you made and do not repeat it at any cost.
Wish you all the best!!

The modern-day terminology for your act is called Moonlighting, as per Wipro's recent notification. It is basically looked at as Unethical. It is possible, you might have done out of ignorance or over-enthusiasm or you find it is exciting. However, you have paid the price for that act. Move forward in life. Please do not repeat the mistakes. You can admit it yourself with your future employer the mistake you committed, the lesson you have learnt and assure that you will not repeat the mistake in the interest of your professional career.
