As per the gratuity act, resigned employee last drawn salary would be considered but what if he works for 2 days in a month and there is an increment in salary in the same month, then which amount is to be considered as the last drawn salary?

Hi,

What ever the last drawn Basic+DA should be considered for Gratuity calculation. If increment is given and effected only the new Basic should be taken into consideration for Gratuity calculation.

However if the increment is not implement due to resignation of the employee then his/her last drawn basic+DA can be considered.
