Hello All, Recently, I will be going for the College campus drive so I need to prepare for the pre-placement talk as such in the speech manner because I am not going to show any PowerPoint. So how can I draw my speech, Is there any samples that anyone provides that would be better for me?

In which language you are going to speak,in which part of India. I find your written communication in English is founoyod wanting. What you speak for 30 minutes, your words will go outside the ears of the listeners. Students will get bored with your long talk. Your presentation should attract students. You should show relevant videos about your company, what kind of job roles are there for the students, how can they build their career and to meet their career aspirations and growth. Also likely salary range. This is what students expect from a preplacement talk.

Hi,

You can introduce yourself first and then give a brief about the Company how long you have been in the market, nature of business. Then explain about the scope of growth for the students if they get selected. You may also talk what your company expect from the employees in terms of discipline, desire for learning. Either you may in English or regional language which ever is comfortable to audience.
